Bio

A veteran turned lawyer, Joshua focuses his practice on corporate operations for for-profit entities and not-for-profit corporations. He advises on matters related to commercial contracts and corporate governance. Joshua provides counsel to not-for-profit corporations regarding initial corporate structuring, securing state and federal tax exemptions, and ongoing governance and operations. 


Joshua's experience spans several areas, including commercial transactions, business law, and healthcare. Previously, Joshua was an attorney with Harris Beach PLLC and Corporate Counsel for Gleason Corporation, both in Rochester, New York.


During law school, Joshua served as student attorney/clinic leader at the Wohl Family Veterans Legal Clinic, and as a law clerk for the Hon. David E. Peebles of the U.S. District Court in Syracuse.


Prior to law school, Joshua served as a critical care medic and aeromedical evacuation technician in the U.S. Air Force for 17 years, reaching the rank of master sergeant before his retirement. He is a highly decorated veteran of the global war on terror, earning numerous commendations for meritorious service.
