Bio
Joshua D. Caron is a veteran and attorney whose practice focuses on corporate operations for for-profit businesses and not-for-profit corporations. He advises clients on commercial contracts, corporate governance, and organizational compliance. Joshua also counsels not-for-profit organizations on initial entity formation, obtaining state and federal tax-exempt status, and ongoing governance and operational matters.
Joshua’s experience includes commercial transactions, business law, and healthcare-related matters. Prior to founding his practice, he served as an attorney with Harris Beach PLLC and as Corporate Counsel for Gleason Corporation, both based in Rochester, New York.
While in law school, Joshua served as a student attorney and clinic leader at the Wohl Family Veterans Legal Clinic and as a law clerk to the Honorable David E. Peebles of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
Before entering the legal profession, Joshua served in the United States Air Force as a critical care medic and aeromedical evacuation technician. He retired at the rank of Master Sergeant after a distinguished career and is a highly decorated veteran of the Global War on Terror, having earned multiple commendations for meritorious service.
